1.1 BlakBlu (“Service Provider”) operates a platform that facilitates the booking of spaces for various purposes.
1.2 This “No Refund Policy” governs the terms under which refunds are processed for bookings made through the BlakBlu platform.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, except as expressly stated herein.
2.2 Users acknowledge and agree that all payments made for bookings through the BlakBlu platform are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation by Users
3.1 In the event that a User cancels a booking, whether due to a change in plans or for any other reason, no refunds will be provided.
3.2 Users are encouraged to review booking details carefully before making payments to avoid any potential cancellation fees or loss of payment.
4. Cancellation by Space Owner/Manager
4.1 In the event that a booking is canceled by the space owner or manager for any reason, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances or double bookings, Users will not be entitled to a refund.
4.2 The Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to assist Users in finding alternative spaces in the event of a cancellation by the space owner or manager, but cannot guarantee availability or suitability.
5. Failure to Utilize Booked Space
5.1 Users who fail to utilize a booked space for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts or unforeseen circumstances, will not be entitled to a refund.
6. Exceptions
6.1 Notwithstanding the foregoing, refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:
Technical errors or system failures resulting in duplicate bookings or overcharges.
Failure to provide the booked space as described or agreed upon.
6.2 Requests for refunds in exceptional circumstances must be submitted to the Service Provider within [number] days of the scheduled booking date for consideration.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 Any disputes regarding refunds or the application of this No Refund Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the Terms and Conditions.

By making a booking through the BlakBlu platform, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this No Refund Policy.
