1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by BlakBlu (“Service Provider”) for individuals and organizations (“Users”) seeking spaces for various purposes.
1.2 By accessing or using the BlakBlu platform, Users agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Offered
2.1 BlakBlu provides a platform that facilitates the discovery and booking of spaces for shoots, conferences, meetups, pop-up shops, recruitment drives, hackathons, office spaces, and other purposes.
2.2 The Service Provider is committed to offering a seamless and efficient solution for Users’ space requirements.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Users are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their space requirements and intended use.
3.2 Users must adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the space owners or managers when utilizing the booked spaces.
3.3 Users are responsible for any damages caused to the booked spaces during their occupancy and may be liable for repair or replacement costs.
4. Booking Process
4.1 Users may browse available spaces on the BlakBlu platform and submit booking requests.
4.2 Booking requests are subject to confirmation by the space owner or manager.
4.3 Upon confirmation, Users will receive booking details and instructions for accessing the booked space.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Users agree to pay the fees associated with booking the selected spaces as specified on the BlakBlu platform.
5.2 Payment must be made in full prior to the scheduled booking date.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 Users may cancel their bookings, subject to the cancellation policy specified by the space owner or manager.
6.2 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy and may be subject to processing fees.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred by Users during the use of booked spaces, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7.2 Users acknowledge and agree that the Service Provider is not a party to the rental agreement between Users and space owners or managers and therefore assumes no liability arising from such agreements.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Users retain ownership of any intellectual property rights associated with content submitted to the BlakBlu platform.
8.2 By submitting content to the platform, Users grant the Service Provider a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content for the purpose of providing the services.
9. Termination
9.1 The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend Users’ access to the BlakBlu platform at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mahahrashtra.
10.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mahahrashtra.
11. Amendments
11.1 The Service Provider reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
11.2 Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for updates.
